Welcome to the American Saddlebred Association of the Carolinas!
About ASAC
The American Saddlebred Association of the Carolinas (ASAC) was founded in 1978 by a group of “horse show moms” to “Promote the American Saddlebred Horse from backyard pleasure horse to show ring champions.”
We are one of the largest Charter Clubs of the American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association (ASHBA) with over 500 members. We pride ourselves on having one of the most active membership groups. Participation in regional expositions, exhibitions and other community events are only a few of the activities that our club is involved with.
Our ASAC Horse Show Sponsors come together to put on a wonderful Horse Show held every March. This three day show attracts exhibitors from across the Southeast. It is a wonderful event, and provides a great fundraiser for our organization, but more importantly as a service to our members from neighboring states.
ASAC offers many activities and programs for its membership including a Youth Club, an Amateur Owner Trainers Club, High Point Awards, clinics, and much more.

We invite you to see everything we have to offer. Whether you are a beginner, amateur or professional, ASAC offers something for you and your children.
